I've always had a passion for writing, and nursing majors don't get to feed that flame as often as I would like. As I find myself about to embark on the most exciting stage of my life yet, I can't help but think that this is a time to reflect, to write, and to share.

 

On January 15th of 2016 I will be traveling to Putnarenas, Costa Rica to live, study, and expereince first-hand the Latin American culture I am so passionate about embracing. The following summer I hope to venture to Barcelona to not only further my understanding of the Spanish language, but to deepen my comprehension of how this language I have grown to love touches different cultures across the globe.

 

My hope for this blog above all else is an authentic and candid account of my days spent abroad to share with you, my friends and family, and an account to treasure as this phase of my life fades to memory.
